- Use adult judgment before adding child-related names, photos, voice, or other personal details.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
TaleHug may offer subscriptions, one-time credit packs, passcodes, or other paid access. Credits are used for eligible generation features and may have usage limits described in the product.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, renewal periods, cancellation options, and refund availability may vary by checkout provider and region.

- Promotional passcodes may expire, be limited in quantity, or be revoked if abused.
5. Story content and AI outputs
You keep responsibility for prompts, uploaded files, story text, profile details, and sharing choices you provide to TaleHug.
AI-generated text and images can be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable. Review every storybook before reading it with a child, printing it, sharing it with a circle, or making it public.
- Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not include real child contact details, school addresses, private locations, or other sensitive personal information in public storybooks.
- Do not rely on generated content as medical, legal, safety, educational, or professional advice.
6. Sharing and public visibility
TaleHug is built around private-first story creation. Drafts, circle sharing, and public gallery visibility are separate choices in the product experience.
If you choose public visibility, the storybook, profile information, and related public metadata may be visible to other users and visitors. You are responsible for confirming that shared content is appropriate.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse TaleHug or interfere with the service, other users, children, families, schools, or our systems.
- Do not generate or share sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, harassment, hate, threats, self-harm instructions, graphic violence, or illegal content.
- Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to TaleHug.

9. Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality.
